How it all started

ALWAYS READY FOR A CHALLENGE, SHAUNA PUT HER MASTER’S DEGREE IN COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP TO WORK, ALONG WITH HER LOVE FOR BUSINESS, TO BREATHE NEW LIFE INTO NUMEROUS FEMALE-LED ORGANIZATIONS.

Beginning her career in 2007 as a personal branding and image consultant, Shauna harnessed the power of body language, communication, and personal style to help individuals achieve their strategic goals through powerful first and lasting impressions (i.e. acing the interview, converting more sales, or conveying more confidence in front of an audience).

Her career naturally evolved over the years to working hand-in-hand with founders and leaders as both a performance coach and a business strategist. She provided the support they needed from the inside-out to take these businesses, startups and nonprofits to the next level.

How it grew

Motivated by a desire to create even better, more sustainable results for her clients, Shauna obtained her license in clinical hypnotherapy— a move that revolutionized her approach to reinventing businesses and ultimately the lives of her clients. During this period, she also embraced her keen intuitive gifts which she has possessed since childhood. These gifts later informed her remote readings, which clients have hailed as "life-changing," "mind-blowing," and "disruptive in all the right ways."

In 2020, Shauna took all the wisdom and knowledge she'd gathered from over 15 years of working closely with clients and used it to create the PARA Technique™. Over time, she's strengthened this technique with scientific and psychological research, making it a powerful tool that professional coaches and therapists all over the world now use to spark speedy and lasting positive change.
